- I placed an order in the shop. When will I receive it?
- Orders are shipped once a week on Friday. Once shipped, delivery usually takes a day in the Netherlands, a week in Europe and two weeks in the rest of the world. 
- Can I order a signed book?
- All the books ordered in our shop are signed, except during offers or special campaigns. If you would prefer an unsigned copy, please specify this in the comments section. 
- My order has not arrived. What should I do?
- If your order does not arrive within the above-mentioned time, something may have gone wrong during shipping. It is usually possible to locate your order using a tracking code. For tracking queries, please contact shop@robhornstra.com. 
- My order is damaged. What should I do?
- We take the utmost care to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. If the order is damaged nonetheless, please email photos of the damage to shop@robhornstra.com. Based on the photos, we will find you the most suitable solution. 
- Can I get a bookseller discount?
- Booksellers can get a 40% discount on all available titles. For orders up to six books, the shipping costs are paid by the seller. For orders of seven books or more, shipping is free. 
- What is your VAT and KvK registration number?
- Rob Hornstra / robhornstra.com is registered in Utrecht (NL) at the Chamber of Commerce under the name Borotov Photography, number 30182322. Our VAT identification number is NL 00165 4162 B78
